To conduct a full feasibility study (due diligence), we kindly ask you to provide the following documents:

The Chanote title deed is essential to confirm legal ownership.

The land survey plan, including official measurements and parcel number, helps us identify the plot precisely.

If your land does not have direct access to a public road, we’ll need a document confirming access rights or a servitude agreement.

Topographic plans, if available, are extremely helpful to assess the terrain and development possibilities.

Finally, please inform us of any active contracts linked to the land—such as leases, mortgages, usufructs, or long-term rental agreements.
